You should try these as well, I make these alot for parties and they are always devoured. I take larger strawberries and cut the tops out, they are usually hollow on the inside you may have to trim them a bit. I make homemade buttercream frosting, I usually look up a recipe on foodtv.com, then put the frosting in a zip lock bag and cut the corner off, stay on the smaller side. then I use the ziplock bag to pipe frosting into the strawberry. I bet these would be every more tasty dipped in your chocolate!!

those look positively orgasmically delish! And what a nice treat after our tasty win over the Blackhawks, wouldn't you say?

Thanks for the recipe - can't wait to try it and impress our next dinner guests. One question tho, do you need to keep stirring the melting chocolate when it's melting or do you just leave it alone?

Those look so freaking tasty! I've tried and failed in the past to make 'em, but can't seem to get it to work. That being said, never tried the "water bath" method.. so maybe that's it.

Thanks everyone! :)

Mike, you just make sure the water is on SUPER low heat, once you bring it to a low boil, you can turn it out and it will be hot enough to melt the chocolate. Also you only fill the pot with a few inches of water.

It's important not to let the water touch the chocolate in any way, so that's why I picked a wide bowl that would completely cover the pot.

Verrrry delicious looking... How do you make sure the water boiling in the water bath doesn't bubble out & over, though?
