HELP ME CHOOSE AN OUTERWEAR COMBO!
So, it’s been 2.5 years now since I purchased my last outerwear for snowboarding… and unfortunately both my jacket and pants are completely torn up now after many days on the hill.
This year, it’s time for me to bite the bullet and get new outerwear. The only problem is… I can’t decide. There are SO many choices out there.
For the past few years, I’ve worn a pink/green combination seen here.
This year, my board is white on top with a pink to purple fade on my 2010 Burton Malolo (the board on the right). And for reference, my boots and bindings this year will be white.
SO, the question is… which outerwear combination do you like the best?
To see a bigger size, click on the image and then click on “All Sizes” and select “Original” to see a better sized version.
Thanks for your help!

My top three are:
-The what seems to be brown and blue plaid jacket with the blue pants.
-The black jacket with the many diff. designs and bright colors with the pink pants
-The jacket that fades from pink to purple, with the blue or white pants.
There are my favorites!
Were any of those in your top 10? Hope this helps!

White Trousers and the Pink Jacket with Fur or the simple Blue one (dark blue)… those prints looks 80s style. And purple.. its the in colour this year, but next year? wont choose that one!

Second row second one in, red pink and black stripes with the light blue pants.

Third row, the third from the back, pink violet jacket with white pants. This combination looks awesome! And if pink and purple is no longer the color to wear you can choose a new jacket with any other color…

I love the westbeach stuff, am stocking up for the new season myself, so with that in mind i’d say: Top row, second from left.

to add to my last comment, why not the ‘breezer’ coloured rendezvous pant from WB to go with the blue lady racer?

Bottom row, first one on the left…I like how the purple fades to pink on the pants.

Going for a complete color change eh? Your friends are going to have to re-learn your “ID” signature on the slopes…
As for what to go for, the combos that say “ALLIE” the loudest are either the first one on the left end of the middle row (red and pink with dark blue stripes + pink-red pants), and the first one on the left end of the bottom row. I prefer the solid/big colors over the crazy pattern ones, as from far away (as you’ll be seen most of the time, whizzing by on the runs!), they degrade into just a muddied black… Clicking on the smaller versions of the pictures gives a sense of how it’ll look from far away.
Have fun either way!

As odd as this is, your pink and green outfit was one of the first things I loved about your blog. I think you need to rock something similar. I never see that combo, and it’s very you…I mean, the version of you I know…which is really nothing but some HTML code =)

I like the top row 4th one.
the jacket looks killer

any one of the bottom-right three; the pink/purple fade matches the malolo the best

Middle row, #5 from the left. #4 ain’t bad either

New gear is always fun. I lean towards function over fashion but still want to look good.
The outerwear with extra buttons and seemingly useless bits and pieces is out….that’s the kind of stuff that gets caught on chairs and torn off. You want good water proofing and breathability along with quality craftsmanship(harder to find these days).
That said…I choose>

You’re so lucky to be able to ski like that! These are my three favourites from the examples you provided. Not in order of preference.
1. Third row, first on left side (purple jacket, pink to purple trousers)
2. Third row, first on right side (pink to purple jacket, purple trousers)
3. First row, second from right (white/black trousers, fuschia jacket)
Let us know which one you pick!

hahaha oh my god. you are even more indecisive than me!! i do ride for an outerwear company, but i still catch myself eyeing other companies outerwear and thinking, “MAN… that sure is SICK…” Shhh
Out of your choices, I like the…
-red jacket with black and white striped pants
-purple betty rides jacket with the pink-purple fade rocker pants!
-pink-purple fade jacket with purple rocker pants!
Does this mean you need new helmet and goggles and gloves?! The madness!

I like the orange jacket combo and the pink white/plaid pants to the right of it. Holy moly you have some tough choices.

I think both would work. One for sunny winter days, one for when it’s foggy.

I agree with Stephen, Lady Racer jacket (striped jacket) with Rendezvous pants from westbeach! Buy local!!

Right on Cherie!! ;o)

The first four jackets on the 2nd row are all pretty tight – but not sure about the combo with the pants. Out of the combos, I think 4th option on row 2 is nice.
Have you checked out the B by Burton range, the Novak pants look pretty sick – but everything seems to be a slim fit, I still like baggy!

Wow… you look like you’re ready to climb Everest in that top photo! Cool new snowboard! I’d say you would look good in any of the pink or purple pants and one of the darker shade jackets!

I vote for the big striped tops (in any colour combo you like).
