Seems that this trip was so full of good things!

I've never snowboarding, but I've skied, and seeing those pictures with the snow so pefect gives me a little envious. When I was the last time, the snow was packed with rails for the beginners..
I would like to return soon.

Hope you'll have a wonderful time too.
Thanks for stopping by :)

Wow - getting a guide for hitting the backcountry sounds so awesome! I'm regretting that I was too busy to get in an AST-1 course (or is it still possible?)
Yet another thing added to the list of 'what to do in Golden' - the guide helps reduce the "okay, what the hell am I going to do back here?" factor of backcountry fun... :)

The trip looks like it was quite a bundle of fun. I guess I'm really missing out, considering I've never boarded or skied in my life. Something about best wipeout ever followed by surgical repair to my catastrophic injury that has those in my life telling me it ain't such a good idea.

I wish I was more coordinated.

Wow, Allie... your landscape photography, the way you photograph the incredible scenery around you is almost surreal. So beautiful. It hurts.

Allie,
Let me know when you want me to start looking for some real estate for you in Golden. For the price of that apartment you are in you could be here in a timber frame lodge with a view of the mountains.
Great photos! Love the blog.
