OUR ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS!!!!!
I am SOOOOOO excited to finally be able to share with you our ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS by our amazing photographers Jonetsu Studios!
Yes yes, we got engaged a year and a half ago, but we only just got around to doing our engagement session… what a busy year! Time just flies. Can you believe we are just a week and a half away to our wedding?!?! Just crazy.
This is by far our favourite photo from the day. Allan and I climbed up this 8 ft stone structure in the middle of a park in my dress and his suit! Good thing we both spent lots of time climbing things in our childhood
Jonetsu Photography did this deluxe engagement session with us that took place over the course of an entire afternoon and evening. I am so happy and proud to say they are also our wedding photographers. We absolutely cannot wait to share our special day with them and know that we are in good hands. We are friends with about 6 different couples who have also gotten their photos done with Camille and Chadwick Bensler, and the number one thing they say about Jonetsu is they make you feel both comfortable and beautiful. This was 100% true.
Allan and I were both super nervous going into this shoot and within 5 minutes they made us feel relaxed! They let us focus on the connection with each other instead of worrying about how we were looking or what we were doing. I think it’s resulted in some of the most natural photos Allan and I have ever taken! And that’s saying a lot because anyone who knows me knows I am suuuuuuper posy
Without further ado… here are our engagement photos!
Thank you again so much Camille and Chadwick. We cannot thank you guys enough for being both amazing friends and amazing photographers. We really truly love you.

11 more days till our wedding in Tofino!
What do you guys think of the photos?

Allie, those photos are amazing! Your dresses are incredible – the purple one is gorgeous and my jaw dropped when I saw the red one! You both look fantastic, and the environments are very unique. If these are any indication, your wedding photos are going to be phenomenal! Congrats.

Um, hola sexy lady!!! And Allan, you are just a handsome devil.
I’m so glad I helped you pick out that purple dress and headband – i knew a maxi dress would be killer on you. The colour, the cut, everything about it – it’s like the dress was only meant for you.
And now, the red dress. Holy smokes. No wonder you and Allan look smouldering hot in those night pics. I don’t know where you guys are going in those outfits but DAMN you both look good. The fascinator? Spot on.
I want to see the rest of these please the next time I come over!!!

All your pictures are beautiful but the one where you two are leaning into each other and laughing is just a cut above. Something about it is so simple and intimate.
